We see a lot of vans here at Drive Overland in our search for ultimate overlander. Most are crazy high mile beasts with D.I.Y. interiors, and while there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that approach, they often pale in comparison to a professional build like this Ford Van.

Located in cozy Bend, Oregon - this van was build in 2016 by outfitter Quadvan. In our research we found that this particular outfitter currently has over a year wait time for their immaculate builds. Of note, this is the last year of the body on frame Ford Van before they moved over to the Euro developed Transit Van. We love the sturdy construction of these “older” chassis as they take modifications just a tad bit easier although they can sometimes be a touch heavier and lack certain modern technology for the driver. This particular van is loaded with the trusty Triton 5.4L V8, automatic transmission, and shift on the fly 4x4 for when that slippery trail sneaks up on ya.

Hopping into the details - This E-350 sits on a 4-inch lift AND an adjustable airbag suspension - tied together with brand new Fuel Rims wrapped in 35 inch BFG TA KO2’s. A Warn 12,000lb winch sits out front and the Van is Wrapped with Alluminess products including nerf bars, roof rack, cargo box, and ladder. Lots of goodies on the outside to take in including a full size spare and LED’s to fuel your campsite dance party.

The real goodies lie inside this off-road limo. Not only is there enough room in this van to swallow a queen sized bed it’s also got amenities like a fridge and freezer and a “$10,000 custom sound system” - Uhhhhhh, for real this thing can party. Hidden in the storage compartments you’ve power via dual Marine V batteries with an RV plug in and a super-trick Webasto heater for those super super cold nights.

This van is ideal for the couple looking to escape the city and live off-grid for a while. That top rack can totally carry enough gear to last you the long haul here. There’s also separate living quarters for your favorite four-legged friend, given they’re not monster 140lb giants like one of our editors. Whether you’re looking to escape to the beach, a mountain top, or dive in to your favorite forest, this Van has you covered. Also the seller made this dope video - check it out here:
